SPECIAL PRESENTATION
Jenn Messina, North Vancouver's most trusted Dietician, put on a very educational and informative virtual session on raising healthy, happy, body positive kids on May 29th. She touched on subjects including how to help picky eaters, creating a healthy relationship with food and your body, and even ways combat your child's obsession with sweets. She has graciously provided her slide deck from the presentation and welcomes you to reach out with further questions or inquiries.
